Office & Operation Manager
Aryon Security is a Tel Aviv based cloud security company that prevents security risks before they reach production by enforcing proactive policies at deployment across complex cloud environments. We build deeply technical products that sit at the core of modern cloud infrastructure, working closely with security teams to solve real, high impact problems.
We are a young and dynamic startup looking for an Office & Operations Manager.
The role includes managing all operational aspects of the company- working closely with Marketing, HR, GTM, and Finance, alongside day-to-day office management and vendor coordination, high focus on the Operational aspects of the company.
This is a role with strong growth potential within the Operations field, offering the opportunity to grow together with the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Laws / Life Sciences / Economics / Business Administration / Law / Psychology.
- At least 2 years of experience in Operations / Office Management roles.
- Strong financial and administrative orientation (invoicing, payments, vendor management), with experience managing contracts in both Hebrew and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven at a fast pace.
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills, a “can-do” attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to take tasks from A to Z.
