Head of Marketing
Aryon Security is a Tel Aviv based cloud security company that prevents security risks before they reach production by enforcing proactive policies at deployment across complex cloud environments. We build deeply technical products that sit at the core of modern cloud infrastructure, working closely with security teams to solve real, high impact problems.
This is neither a brand-only job nor a VP-level ivory-tower role. We’re looking for a builder who loves to create, execute and experiment.
A person who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, testing bold ideas, and working closely with GTM teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
In your role as Aryon's Head of Marketing, you'll oversee our marketing strategy end-to-end while actively participating in hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
Own, develop, and execute Aryon’s pipeline creation strategy across multiple growth channels including field marketing, paid, organic, and partner marketing.
Own brand, messaging, and positioning in the cybersecurity market in collaboration with the company's leadership.
Shape and lead content strategy including creation: guides,, blogs, PR, thought leadership, case studies, webinars, Linkedin.
Product Marketing: Translate complex technical content into clear, customer value and differentiated market positioning across multiple industries and buyer personas.
Own the company’s Customer Marketing strategy.
Hire, manage, and lead a team over time.
Represent Aryon globally when required (conferences, customers, etc.)
5–8 years of experience, including 2–4 years in cybersecurity (a must).
Proven experience marketing cybersecurity products (a must).
Strong inbound marketing experience (demand gen and lead gen)
Proven experience with building B2B funnels and pipeline generation.
Experience managing a small marketing team – advantage.
Expertise building outbound motions
Ability to work with technical teams and cybersecurity researchers.
Strong ownership, execution mindset, and analytical thinking.Startup experience (early-stage)- strong advantage.
Technical background- advantage.
Excellent English (written and spoken).
Working from our TLV office, fully on-site.
